Wholesale Account Application Process

Thank you for your interest in establishing a wholesale account with BlackWire Marketing, LLC. In an effort to protect the integrity of our valued customers, we have established the following parameters for opening new accounts. Before applying for a wholesale account with BlackWire Marketing, please refer to the following requirements and terms:

1. YOU MUST HAVE A STOREFRONT OR UNIQUE-DOMAIN WEB PRESENCE FOR WHICH YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE DOMAIN.
2. A TAX ID NUMBER FOR YOUR STATE or FEDERAL TIN/EIN FOR YOUR BUSINESS.
3. A BUSINESS CHECKING ACCOUNT- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
4. A BUSINESS TELEPHONE, PHYSICAL MAILING AND EMAIL ADDRESS.
5. YOU MUST PURCHASE THE MOQ PER UNIT WITH AN AGGREGATE MINIMUM PURCHASE OF $100.00 PER INVOICE – UNLESS PRE-AUTHORIZED BY BLACKWIRE MARKETING, LLC

Open credit accounts are based on NET 30 terms per invoice. (Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.)
Payments can be made in person, by phone via credit card or other acceptable electronic form of payment transaction.
Payment can be made securely by logging into your account portal online at: https://blackwiremarketing.com/account

Wholesale account holders have access to wholesale pricing information for all Trap Door Magic® products  manufactured and/or distributed by BlackWire Marketing, LLC

Shipping:
Shipping is billed on all invoices when applicable and can be quoted at the request of the customer before the order is sent out.

Damages:
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving a shipment.   Please report any and all damages to your account rep.  Photos may be required.

Returns:
BlackWire Marketing, LLC does not accept product returns without prior authorization.
